William T. Quillen holds a BA from Williams College and advanced legal degrees from Harvard Law School and the University of Virginia School of Law. He spent five years on the Delaware Supreme Court and later served as Secretary of State of Delaware. Quillen's family background includes a sister who became the first female president of Davidson College and a sister-in-law who is married to a former Governor and current Wilmington Mayor.
