Vincent Gregory graduated from Dundee High School and briefly attended Madonna University before serving in the United States Marine Corps, including a tour in Vietnam. Gregory also held significant leadership roles within the Local 502 SEIU, AFL-CIO Union, culminating in his election as president. After retiring from the Sheriff's Department, he returned to complete his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.
