Tony Campbell was born in 1962 and graduated from Teaneck High School in 1980. He entered professional sports, being selected by the Detroit Pistons in the NBA draft of 1984. Campbell later transitioned to coaching and leadership roles, spending nearly two decades in various capacities within the sports industry. After retiring from professional basketball, he focused on educational leadership, serving as the director of athletics and head basketball coach at Bay Ridge Preparatory School from 2007 to 2018.
