Personal Background
Kathy Manning holds a robust educational background, having attended the Interlochen Center for the Arts's National Music Camp, earned a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. Manning practiced law in Washington D.C. before relocating to Greensboro, North Carolina, where she became a partner at a prominent local law firm. Transitioning to entrepreneurship, she founded her own immigration firm. Manning's leadership extends into the nonprofit sector, having chaired the board of the Jewish Federations of North America and serving on several other boards, including the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee and the Jewish Agency for Israel. She also spearheaded the development of a significant cultural institution in Greensboro.
