Jackie Glass holds a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education Training and Development from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Following her military service in the United States Navy, she relocated to Norfolk, Virginia, where she established herself as a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant and instructional system designer. Glass has demonstrated leadership through various community organizations, including serving as president of the Ballentine Civic League and holding board positions with Reading Enriches All Children (REACH) and the Young Investors Group. She also acts as an ambassador for the United State of Women Summit and is active in the NAACP Norfolk branch, the Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Community Emergency Response Team.
