Don Benton holds an A.A. from College of the Canyons and a B.S. from Concordia University. He co-founded a temporary employment agency at age 19 and later managed district operations for a major insurance company. Benton also worked as an advertising consultant, while his wife currently runs his former consultancy. His military service included a brief stint in the United States Army, after which he received an honorable discharge.
