Rogers held multiple significant positions, including Attorney General of Colorado and Assistant United States Attorney. He also contributed to federal agencies during the New Deal era and served on the War Labor Board during World War II. Rogers transitioned to a long-standing congressional career, representing Colorado for over two decades.
