Brad Molnar spent over three decades in the building construction industry, demonstrating extensive experience in business management. He pursued higher education in forestry and journalism, although he did not complete a degree. Molnar has a history of public service, having served in the Montana House of Representatives and the Montana Public Service Commission. He was elected to the Montana Senate in November 2020 and assumed office in January 2021.
